The Foreign Secretary David Miliband has today helped launch a global debate on the future of the Commonwealth. The ‘Commonwealth Conversation’, hosted independently by the Royal Commonwealth Society, will provide a platform for governments, civil society organisations and the public around the world to debate the future of the Commonwealth. Conclusions and a summary of the debate will be presented to leaders in time for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Trinidad in November.
